Rates (in US Dollars):
Weekly Rate ... $3,500/week
(please add 10.5% Monterey County Transient Occupancy Tax for stays of less than 30 days*).
Monthly Rate ... $12,000/month, October through May.
High-Season Rate... $13,500/month, June through September. Rates are for the rental of the entire property, which can accommodate up to six individuals.

Minimum Rental Period
Please note that we have a one-week minimum rental rate. Per Monterey County Local Ordinance Chapter 5.40, short term residential rentals of less than 7 days are not permitted in the county.*
We do not rent for periods under 1 week. We will pro-rate the weekly rental rate for any number of days over one week (8 days, 9 days, etc.).
Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee:
A Security Deposit of $2500 is due in advance of rental -- your dates will be held
once the Security Deposit is received. 1/2 of the payment for the rental is due no later than
ten days prior to commencement of the rental period.
The remainder of the rental payment is due one week before the end of rental term.
In addition, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 per week.
Pet Policy
Pets *are* permitted upon payment of an additional $500 fully-refundable damage deposit.
A Smoke-Free Residence
Non-Smokers only, please.
