Rates (in US Dollars):

Weekly Rate ... $3,500/week
(Note that we have a firm one-week minimum rental period. This is a flat rate for up to 6 individuals.).

Monthly Rate ... $10,000/month (Again, a flat rate for up to 6 individuals).

NOTE: RATES FOR JUNE 2010 (U.S. OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT) WILL BE POSTED IN JANUARY, 2009. THERE WILL BE A 1-MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD REQUIRED FOR JUNE, 2010.

Minimum Rental Period

Please note that we have a one-week minimum. Unfortunately, we cannot not rent by the day for periods under 1 week. We will rent for any number of days over one week (8 days, 9 days, etc.)

Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee:
A Security Deposit of $2500 is due in advance of rental -- your dates will be held
once the Security Deposit is received. 1/2 payment for the rental term is due no later than
ten days prior to commencement of rental term.

The remainder of the rental payment is due one week before end of rental term.
In addition, there is a mandatory cleaning fee of $200 per week.

Pet Policy
Pets *are* permitted, but we require payment of an additional $500 fully-refundable damage deposit.

No Smoking Permitted
Non-Smokers only, please.
