With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this home is the perfect alternative to a cramped hotel room. Owned by a Pebble Beach resident, the house is suited for the guest who might otherwise stay at luxury accomodations. If you're planning on staying at the Lodge at Pebble Beach or the Inn at Spanish Bay, you should consider this house as an attractive option. The value for this property is outstanding.

The house sleep up to six people. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean from nearly every room. Relax while watching a DVD on the flat-screen TV or reading in front of the living room fireplace. Stay in touch via email by using the free, broadband wireless Internet connection.




From the 21st-century kitchen you'll look out on both garden and ocean views, with access to a dining room that's perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a quiet dinner at home, or host a luncheon on the deck for your friends. In the evening, be sure to take time out to watch the sunset from the wrap-around deck.



Outdoor space at the house is ample. Spend an afternoon reading next to the sheltered courtyard's bubbling fountain. Barbeque dinner on the propane grill, located in the  garden just steps from the kitchen. The ocean breeze whispers through the surrounding pine trees, and as you stroll through the yard, you'll hear the crash of the surf on the coast.





The bedrooms are beautifully done, and rival any accomodation that you could reserve at one of Pebble Beach's famous luxury hotels. The master bedroom suite offers a view of Point Lobos, as well as a full bathroom suite with both shower and Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom opens onto a private deck, from which you can view the Pacific Ocean through the pines.

A second bedroom has two twin beds and ocean views. The twin beds can be combined into a queen bed if desired. This room has full access to the outside deck via its own private door. For children, this room is adjacent to the master suite, so that parents are within easy "wake-up" distance at night.





The third bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house from the master suite. This bedroom has a queen bed, and has private access to both the herb garden and the sheltered central courtyard. An en suite bathroom with shower is included. Views are of both the ocean and the central garden with fountain.

Daily or weekly housekeeping services and catering for special events is available by arrangement.
