Booking a reservation is easy:

1. Please check the availability calendar to see whether the property is available for your desired dates. Remember, vacation home rentals of less than 1 week are not permitted in Monterey County*. Dates in red on the availability calendar are NOT available.
2. IF your desired rental period is available, download  and print the Property Rental Agreement PDF file (download link below) and fill out the required information. If you'd like to contact us before completing the form, we'd love to hear from you.

4. Fax back the completed form to 866-453-0419. Your deposit check should be mailed to the address provided in the rental agreement PDF.
